E.Mammadyarov: Azerbaijan does not plan to join the Eurasian Union

Azerbaijan does not plan joining the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC). There was not such a proposal from the organization and the Member States, jouranlists were told by the Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov on the results of the outgoing year. He pointed to the impossibility of finding Azerbaijan in one economic and customs union with Armenia occupying the territory of the country. However, Mammadyarov said that Azerbaijan has intense and mutually beneficial economic relations with the EAEC countries on a bilateral basis, except Armenia.
