Russian military base in South Ossetia to be ready in late 2013
The 4th Russian military base in South Ossetia will be ready before the end of 2013, RIA Novosti cites Major-General Alexander Shushukin.
The base is located 20km away from Tskhinvali in Java and four outposts. Its construction started on February 1, 2009. About 4,000 soldiers serve there.
