Russian military base in South Ossetia to be ready in late 2013
Category: The 4th Russian military base in South Ossetia will be ready before the end of 2013, RIA Novosti cites Major-General Alexander Shushukin.
The base is located 20km away from Tskhinvali in Java and four outposts. Its construction started on February 1, 2009. About 4,000 soldiers serve there.
