During election campaign in Dagestani Miskindja village, unlawful campaigning takes place, candidate's representative asserts

Kerimkhan Abbasov, the head of the Dokuzparin District of Dagestan, has violated the election law. This was claimed by a representative of one of the candidates.

 

When speaking at the annual meeting of educators of the Dokuzparin District, Kerimkhan Abbasov, the head of the District, called on residents to vote for Zalidin Aliev, a candidate for the position of the head of the administration of the village of Miskindja. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Fakhredin Kanberov, an authorized representative of Sedredin Kanberov.

"Instead of discussing the educational problems and the ways for their solutions, he (the district head) began to campaign for candidate Zalidin Aliev. He has stated that if a person receives a salary from the budget of the district, the person should vote 'pro' 'my candidate'," Fakhredin Kanberov has said.

 

He has also reported that the complaint with the message about possible violations of the election law was addressed to Ramazan Abdulatipov.
