In the evening on April 7, in the village of Semender, in the outskirt of Makhachkala, a grenade went up in the balcony of the house of the Dagestani Deputy Minister of Land Reclamation. The explosion hit nobody, said a law enforcement source.

An unidentified attacker threw a grenade onto the balcony of the second floor of the private house of the Deputy Director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Ministry of Land Reclamation and Agricultural Water Supply of the Republic of Dagestan". The explosion damaged the window and the balcony door.

Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are cleared out in order to decide on the opening of a criminal case, the "Interfax" reports.

Let us remind you that on April 7 in Makhachkala, in Kazbekov Street, the body of Magomeddibir Murtazaliev, the manager of the Makhachkala branch of the OJSC "Rosselkhozbank", was found. According to preliminary data, the banker was shot dead. A grenade was squeezed in his hand; it was defused by sappers.
