North Caucasus organizes fair Unified State Exams

Russian Vice Prime Minister Olga Golodets said that Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Bryansk Oblast, Adygeya, Karachay-Cherkessia, Stavropol Territory, Lipetsk Oblast, Bashkiria, Kalmykia and other parts of the North Caucasus passed their first fair Unified State Exams, RIA Novosti reports.
She noted that control over the exam process was much stricter due to numerous scandals and cheating in previous years. All exam centers had metal detectors to prevent students from bringing in cellphones. The exams were monitored by video cameras.
