Missing climbers found in Adyr-Suu Gorge
Rescuers have found two climbers from Cherepovtsy, who had been assisting Vasily Pechenin (aged 82) and Georgy Shumeyko (59), who went missing on their way to the Jaylyk Peak (4,500m), according to Albert Khajiyev, the acting head of the Elbrus Mountain Search and Rescue Group of the Ministry for Emergencies, ITAR-TASS reports.
They were found in the Adyr-Suu Gorge in Kabardino-Balkaria. They went missing two days ago. Rescuers are continuing searches for Pechenin and Shumeyko.
