Prosecutors pushed my lawyer

 

Today on October 29, I was deprived of my lawyer Javad Javadov. Exactly Javad Javadov was the one who spoke sharply during the court on October 24, when the decision on the extension of my detention period until 28.02.2015 was being made.

Exactly Javad Javadov unmasked absolutely groundless statements of office of public prosecutors, the statements -- that I am spy of Armenia and that I was passing to Armenia military secrets (!) information regarding airports and etc. Exactly Javad Javadov demonstrated persuasively that there are not any evidences at all that would prove my guilt and that during the whole detention period investigators have not even visited me once! And right after the address of President of France to Ilham Aliyev about my release, not only I am not released, by dropping fake accusations, but also I am deprived of my lawyer! It happened in a day after meeting in Paris!! So against my one lawyer Alaif Huseynov the case is filed to the court, by accusing him in passing information to Mass Media about the tortures I am exposed to in prison, and my second lawyer has been completely removed from my case!

I am referring to You colleagues human rights defenders, journalists, people that just know me and Arif. Exactly after meeting in Paris 29.10.2014 Arif Yunusov's detention period was also extended until 05.03.2015, and my lawyer was taken away from me!

Please don't be silent! Please help us! It is so terrible, when your whole body is in pain, when you can't stop horrible pain even with pills, and you know that you are even deprived of lawyers, who are not able to defend you due to absence of independent court, but at least they could come and visit you.
