Nationalists Picket Chinese Embassy in Baku

On Wednesday, July 1, a picket of the Azerbaijani nationalist youths was held opposite the Chinese Embassy in Baku against the infringement of the rights of Turkic-speaking Muslims - the Uighurs in China.
Chinese authorities harass them just because they are Turks and Muslims, and the duty of each of us is to protect them from violence, said one of the protesters Mushvig Veliyev.
Police detained but then released three participants of the unsanctioned picket.
