Novruz Mamedov Criticizes OSCE Minsk Group

The OSCE Minsk Group is not serious about the solution of the Karabakh conflict and does not use instruments of international law. This opinion was expressed to journalists by the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov today.
"This proves that the approach of the co-chairs to the conflict is not quite fair," he said.
