Dagestan supports Senator Suleyman Kerimov in his conflict with the Belarusian authorities over the Uralkali company.
"With all my respect to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, I should say that we are on the side of Senator Suleyman Kerimov," the Prime news agency quotes Dagestani President Ramazan Abdulatipov as saying.
Russian Senator from Dagestan Suleyman Kerimov is now officially wanted in Belarus, as he is a shareholder in the Uralkali company, which is accused of incurring financial losses to the Belarusian government.
