Dagestan and Chechnya to enhance cultural and economic ties
Russia's North Caucasian republics of Dagestan and Chechnya have recently signed an agreement concerning bilateral cooperation in the sphere of culture. Vestnik Kavkaza discussed the agreement with Dagestani leader Ramazan Abdulatipov and his Chechen counterpart Ramzan Kadyrov.
According to the head of the Dagestani republic, the two regions are also going to enhance mutual ties in other fields, such as economy and science.
The Chechen leader also stresses that the two republics already cooperate in the sphere of sports and are planning to increase mutual investment.
