Constitution Day marked in Chechnya
On Sunday Russia's North Caucasus Republic of Chechnya marks Constitution Day. The main event was held in the State Concert Hall in Grozny and attended by Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov, Chechen Prime Minister Odes Baysultanov, member of the State Duma Adam Delimkhanov and other officials.
