Azerbaijan's and Armenia's goodwill are crucial for resolution of Karabakh conflict, Putin says

Addressing his counterparts, President Putin stressed that Azerbaijan's and Armenia's goodwill is crucial for a resolution of the Karabakh conflict
"I am pleased that the president of Azerbaijan has just confirmed his government's willingness to resolve the conflict peacefully. The most important thing is to prevent a tragedy, to prevent the deaths of people," Putin said.
"All the problems can be solved if the parties demonstrate goodwill," the Russian president said.
The presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan also agreed that the Karabakh conflict has been frozen for too long and should be resolved.
