The results of the presidential elections in Azerbaijan and Georgia will be discussed in Paris

The results of the presidential elections in Azerbaijan and Georgia will be discussed at the meetings of the two committees of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe ( PACE) to be held on November 6-7 in Paris.

According to the press service of the PACE, meetings of the Monitoring Committee and the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights will be held in Paris.

The presidential elections in Azerbaijan were considered undemocratic by the OSCE , which outraged official Baku. In this case, the PACE representatives gave a positive assessment , but this caused criticism by the European Parliament , who were suspected of corruption and bribery on the part of the authorities of Azerbaijan.
