Court dismisses complaint of Media Rights Centre
The Leninsky District Court of Voronezh has determined to dismiss the complaints filed by the Media Rights Defence Centre about the decision of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) to include the organization in the register of "foreign agents".
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 26,the Russian MoJ included in the register of "foreign agents" the Media Rights Defence Centre, which was actively working with the Caucasian media and journalists. The Media Rights Defence Centre has challenged the MoJ's decision.
Today, the Leninsky District Court of Voronezh has pronounced the decision on the appeal. This was reported by Galina Arapova, the head of the Media Rights Defence Centre.
