Statement of Council of Europe Secretary General Jagland on the terrorist attack in Ankara today:
"Just weeks after the last deadly attack in Ankara I am devastated by the news from Turkey that terrorists have again killed and injured so many innocent people in the nation's capital. These ruthless terrorist attacks are attacks on our European values - on us all. I express my deepest sympathy and condolences to the people and state of Turkey tonight."
