YouTube restored account of blogger criticizing Azerbaijani government

According to Azerbaijani news portal "Haqqin.az” videohosting service YouTube agreed to restore the video channel of Azerbaijani oppositionist blogger, political emigrant Hebib Muntezir, who has more than 60,000 subscribers, writes blogger Emin Milli.

According to information, this occurred after the talks held between the Meydan TV and YouTube. Portal notes that oppositionist blogger Hebib Muntezir’s account was blocked in mid-July by videohosting of YouTube. The site was reasoning that "Hebib Muntezir’s account was removed from the YouTube due to numerous complaints of a third party saying that the materials posted by the user had violated their author's rights."

According to the portal, blogger Emin Milli had earlier spread information about Tural Gurbanov, employee of Azerbaijani Embassy to Germany, who died on July 25 in one of the hotels in the Maldives. Tural Gurbanov, in fact, was an employee of the special services and was ordered to kill the political emigrant Hebib Muntasir, who lives in Germany for a long time and criticizes the Azerbaijani government.
