Trial of NIDA activists commemorates Mandela

 
The Baku Court of Grave Crimes chaired by Javid Huseynov December 10 continued the trial of seven activists of NIDA and a member of the organization Free Youth .

They are accused of the preparation of riots on March 10 in Baku on Fountain Square . In addition, they are charged with illegal possession of weapons, drugs and disorderly conduct .

Further Bakhtiyar Guliyev's testimony in the preliminary investigation were read. The judge explained that with the fact that Guliyev refuses to testify .

The testimony read by the judge concerned Guliyev's answers to the questions of investigators regarding shooting the movie Harleme Shake, and who presented it on the Internet.

Note that because of the video Harleme Shake Guliyev and Rustamzade are also charged with disorderly conduct.

Guliyev said that the "Molotov cocktails" and drugs found in his apartment did not belong to him and pleaded not guilty.
