Chechnya's first center for cultural development being built in Gudermes

In Gudermes the construction has begun of a center for cultural development, which will be the first such center on the territory of Chechnya, the press service of the republic's administration reports.
Russia plans to build five modern-standard centers for cultural development by the end of the year.
"One such project is being realized on Chechen Republic territory – in Gudermes. A capsule has been placed under the foundation of the building, construction work has begun. It will be a two-storey building which will occupy 1500 hectares," Madayev said.
It is proposed that various sports lessons, cultural and leisure activities be held there.
