Washington to host discussion about human rights in Azerbaijan

A forum organized by the association AZAD (Azerbaijanis in America for Freedom)will take place in Washington at 21:30 Baku time. The theme of the event is: "Can the US sanctions help the Azerbaijani dissidents?" At the debate will speak former US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Richard Kozlarich and former head of the "Freedom House", now CEO of the Institute of Human Rights and McCain David Kramer.
