Attacks on law enforcers

At night of February 26, near the village of Kasumkent in the Suleiman-Stalsky District of Dagestan, policemen tried to detain a Honda passenger car, which was on the wanted list. However, the driver did not obey the demands of the policemen and opened fire on them, while trying to escape at high speed. The attacker was killed by return fire.
