The Ambassador of France to Azerbaijan Pascal Monnier has completed his diplomatic mission, stated the French diplomat himself. Aurelia Bouchez will replace him, which worked before the EU special representative in Kazakhstan. Monnier was appointed ambassador to Azerbaijan in July 2012.
